How do I choose the right frame size for my height?

We provide a comprehensive size chart on every product page. Generally, sizing depends on both your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.

Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?

To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.

What is your return policy for bicycles and gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that for complete bikes, a restocking fee may apply if the bike has been ridden outdoors.

Does my BIKEZONE purchase come with a warranty?

Yes, all our frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as drivetrains and brakes are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

How much does shipping cost for heavy items?

We offer flat-rate ground shipping on all bicycles within the continental United States. Accessories and apparel orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping.
