Log into your BIKEZONE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the unused items, including all original tags and manuals, into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
